Qualitative interview

As an assignment in my “Design for Usability” course at IIT Delhi, we were asked to interview anyone on their best product purchase experience. Since classes were online at that time, I conducted an interview using video conferencing and found out how Wipro smart bulb was the best product my fellow classmate Saurabh ever bought.
